USB Bus-Powered LCD Picture Frame

bus-powered-picture-frameDigital Photo frames are getting larger in size and can generally do more such as using wireless features to retrieve photo's from emails. This new digital photo frame seems to have stepped back a little as it measures just 4.3" in size... or has it stepped back? Find out after the jump.

This USB Bus-Powered LCD picture frame might only have a 4.3" screen, but it has a bus-powered USB video card built in that is responsible for running the backlit LCD screen. What this allows you to do is use the small photo frame as a second screen for your laptop. The 800 x 480 display can be used to relocated widgets on to it, run some RSS feeds or even be used for playback of video. With it being an extension to your regular desktop then it can be used for whatever you want to drag over to it.

It's not the cheapest of photo frames at a fairly large $200 and there are some alternatives out there that are also a little larger in screen size. So I'd recommend checking them out first.
