epoch clock The Epoch ClockIf you want to be confused when waking up in the middle of the night then check out this crazy and cool Epoch clock. It has the ability to tell the time in multiple formats that are hexadecimal, Octal and standard as well as binary and roman formats. Imagine trying to work out the time at 3 in the morning.

It measures 7 x 2.6 x 2.2 inches and has a build in alarm. Also included is a USB port that is just used for providing power which I would find very handy. The USB port could be used for charging devices such as iPods or mobile phones.

The design looks very sleek and gorgeous but I don’t think the unix epoch is necessarily going to be the most convenient way of telling the time. Still, it’s good as a talking point – and I suppose if you work with a lot of unix timestamps then it might be useful.
