The HTC HD2 is capable of running the FPSECE which is a Playstation emulator for pocket PC's and Windows Mobile devices. As the HD2 is a Windows Mobile device the emulator fully functions quite well.
The video below shows Tekken 3 running on the HD2 and from what I see it runs very smoothly. Some excellent updates have been created for the FPSECE emulator which allow Bluetooth controllers to function with the HD2 as well as it utilizing the multi-touch features of the phone.

Not bad. Visually is looks good nothing noticeable, but kind of slow for a Tekken game.
