microSIM's are freely available now with the iPad UK launch yesterday, but there are some users who would rather cut up their own regular sized SIM card and make use of the contract they currently have rather than paying for a second data connection.
Cut My SIM is a hole punch style device that is designed to cut SIM cards in to microSIM cards without the hassle of manually cutting your own SIM and potentially destroying it.
To get it to work you simply slide the regular SIM card in to a slot on the bottom of the punch device, once you have made sure the card is aligned and inserted the correct way you just push the handle down that pushes the microSIM out of the bottom of the Cut My SIM unit.
The microSIM card creator costs $29 to buy although the company are just accepting pre-orders at the moment.
