Sega Megadrive / Genesis 2 Player Console

For those who grew up in the era of 16-bit console games back in the early 90’s then this gadget will be on your wish list. It is a Sega Megadrive that comes supplied with 2 controllers and 15 games built in.

Add to this a real cartridge slot that actually works and you have a new console capable of playing your old games stashed away in your loft. The new console is smaller then the original but it still does exactly the same as the old one (of course technology is a tad more advanced then 20 years ago).

If you don’t have any megadrive games stashed anywhere then don’t worry as 15 licensed games are pre-loaded on to this console. These include Sonic and Knuckles, Golden Axe, Alex Kid, Alien Storm, Altered Beast, Arrow Flash, Bonanza Bros, Columns, Crack Down, Decap Attack, E Swat, Fatal Labyrinth, Flicky, Gain Ground and Shadow Dancer.

* Plays all region original Sega Megadrive and Genesis cartridges
* Comes with 15 classic Sega Megadrive games built in
* Comes with two six button controllers
* Plugs directly into your TV
* Small and portable

Amazing stuff! I am tempted to get one of these myself.

Available from Firebox costing £39.95.

Wait a minute so what does this cost in american? Sounds fricking awesome, I dont really care for the games built in but I have quite a few original carts laying around from when I was younger, I am all for this…

Don’t bother wasting your money on one of theses pieces of crap.
It is no where near as good as original (very poor sound quality, and graphics are not as good).
I wasted 40 hard earned pounds and I regret it. Also, only way you can insert Mega Drive cartridges is if you don’t mind nearly breaking them in the process.
