Securephone – Military Grade Security

by Matthew on November 21, 2008

encrypted cell phone Securephone Military Grade SecurityThe Securephone was built to make your phone conversations more secure. It uses AES, Twofish and Serpent ciphers for triple layer security and encryption. What this does is makes it impossible to snoop in on conversations as a “middle man”.

The Securephone uses the Windows Mobile operating system, so functions and features will be familiar to some people. It also is capable of working on regular mobile phone networks. The downsides to this phone are that you do need two for a secure conversation and they cost over £1000 each… so having to spend £2k to keep your conversations quiet might be a tad on the high side for most.

The phone used is HTC hardware running WM6. The HTC phone (P3470) is quad band making it usable in most, if not all countries.

More details of the phone can be found over at Spycatcheronline.
