We've certainly seen a fair share of PS4 concepts and after a few years of waiting we will soon get to see the real thing. The same goes for Xbox 720 concepts (not a real name yet). We'll also get to see the real next gen Xbox as well. Both will be going on show at E3 this year.

Motorola fans appear to be getting a little frustrated with the company. Just like HTC and Sony Ericsson, Motorola had also promised fans that they would unlock bootloaders on Android devices by the end of 2011. This was subject to carrier approval. Unfortunately, not much seems to of happened with this and bootloaders are still locked in most cases. We will mention that some are unlocked, but not many.
Just before Christmas a video was launched showing some Wipeout style vehicles moving around a track made of superconducting magnets. The video is great and really makes you wish it was real... unfortunately its not. Instead, it appears to be an advertisement from Sony about the new Wipeout game.
The Sony Tablet S has dropped in price to $400 for the 16GB model. The 32GB model is now priced at $499.99. Just a few weeks ago, Sony had dropped the price of the Tablet S by $50 over the Christmas period. This new price drops knocks another $50 off that Christmas price.
The Sony PlayStation Vita launched less than a month ago and already, someone has managed to get a Sega Megadrive/Genesis game running on it. Rather than the game being run on an emulator direct, the actual game is running on an emulator within an emulator... meaning that the game is running on the Genesis emulator which runs within the Vita PSP emulator.
Details have emerged indicating that Sony has sold 321,400 PS Vita units within the first two days of launch. The portable gaming device launched last Saturday in Japan.
CES 2012 is just weeks away. Sony has announced that it will be unveiling some new Xperia smartphones at the show in a launch event it is holding.

Sony is about to make a new update available for the PlayStation 3 in preparation for the launch of the PS Vita. The new update enables the PS3 to be a content management device for the PS Vita by allowing games, music, photos and videos to be transferred between devices.
Sony Ericsson (or Sony as it will be soon known as) is working on another smartphone that is believed to be called the Sony Ericsson Nozomi HD. The new device was leaked and a picture of it can be seen below:
Yesterday we mentioned that Google was about to roll out a new update for Google TV. The rollout has now begun with Sony Google TVs getting the 2.0 update.
Google [GOOG] has announced that it will be rolling out a new update this week to bring more features to Google TV.
Sony announced earlier today that they will be recalling 1.6 million Sony Bravia TVs soon due to problems where 11 models in Japan had seen some problems. The range of Bravia TVs have a component that in those cases melted down causing damage to the TV although nobody was hurt in any of the incidents.
