SanDisk Sansa View 16GB Review

sansa SanDisk Sansa View 16GB ReviewThe SanDisk Sansa View is a 16GB flash based MP4 player. It measures 4.29 x 1.95 x 0.41-inches and weighs 2.9 oz. The Sansa View comes in three capacities of either 8GB, 16GB or 32GB. We are looking at the 16GB model today that has been provided by Geeks.com.

The SanDisk Sansa is a great looking MP4 player. It has a rubberised back which makes holding easier rather then it slipping from your hand. On the front of the device is a nice sized 2.4 inch colour screen while under that you will find a scroll wheel that is backlit. The scroll wheel provides easy access to navigate through your music, digital photos or video collection.

If the 16GB capacity isn’t enough for you which can sometimes be the case with the amount of digital media we have stored, then you can add more via the expansion slot which accepts both microSD or SDHC cards.

As well as being able to play videos it allows you to listen to MP3 files, play photos and it has a 20 preset FM tuner for listening to radio broadcasts. The Sansa View can also be used to record memo notes through it’s built-in microphone. Audio books are also another media type you can listen to making it a very handy device to carry around.

The battery life is also impressive on the Sansa View as it can provide 35 hours of music or 7 hours of video playback on a single charge.

There isn’t much to fault with the SanDisk Sansa View. It’s a nice looking, fairly small MP4 player with a decent sized screen, very good storage capacity and very good battery life. The only slight downside is the audio quality which isn’t quite on par with some of the more expensive rivals. However, for $119.99 you can get a nice capacity fully featured MP4 player. That to me makes the Sansa View a winner.

You can find the SanDisk Sansa View 16GB over at Geeks.com. For other digital voice recorders or MP4 player check out their site.

I have a problem and I want a solution to the problem.

I was loading a song onto the SanDisk from a computer. In the process, the SanDisk freeze and nothing could be done again. I allowed the power to run till the unit goes off, recharge it and still the same.

What should I do?

Regards,

Tetteh.

Try contacting SanDisk support or check out their support section on their site. I believe that would be the best route.
