Samsung has announced a terrestrial DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting) phone capable of HSDPA. It is named the SPH-W2100 and will be available in Korea. The phone can make video calls through a high speed connection. It will be priced at 800USD when it comes out over in Korea and will allow for text messages to be sent at the same time as video calls.
Just in case you do not know… HSDPA is reffered to as 3.5G and is capable of even higher speeds of download over a mobile phone and can reach 14.4Mbps. Pretty crazy for a mobile phone. HSDPA is download only but is very handy for downloading anything you want in a real quick time.
