Samsung in the UK is dropping the price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Prices over here in the UK range from between £600 – £700. The new price drop will see the Android tablet priced at less than £500.
Dixons is one example who have dropped the 16GB model down to £469 which also includes free delivery.
Another company to lower the price below £500 is Carphone Warehouse who now has it priced at £489.99 for the larger 32Gb model. We expect more retailers to follow, especially in the run up to Christmas.
Sales figures for the Galaxy Tab are not known yet, but with some good reviews in general across the web, we expect it is selling rather well.
