PSD have created a new phone named the txt8030. The phone is quite unique in that the bottom section of the phone twists to rotate the speakers on the back to the front.
On the normal side of the phone you get the screen and a D-pad to control the menus. The bottom twisting section houses a full QWERTY keyboard to use for messaging and what not. This section twists 180 degrees to reveal a couple of speakers and some music control buttons.
The phone isn’t too impressive on the technical side of things as it has just a 1.3 megapixel camera. A 2.2 inch screen can be found along with bluetooth 2.0 and a microSD slot capable of holding a 16GB card.
It seems like the direction this phone is heading in is aimed at people interested in using their phone for music as well as texters/email and social media etc…
No details of a launch date just yet.
