The PSP Go was made available for Pre-Order on Friday. The unit will cost $250 for the white version while the black one will cost you $249. I have no idea why the white and black models have a $1 difference.
Updates from the original PSP see that this new version has 16GB of internal flash memory as well as being capable of accepting memory sticks. The UMD drive has been dropped finally and the PSP Go can download content via the web over a wi-fi connection.
