Palm have started taking reviewer applications in preparation for the launch of the Pre. If you get accepted in to the review program you get to keep a free Palm Pre as well as a 6 month data plan service.
When opening up the application you need to answer questions such as who you are, what you do, what your day comprises of and what not. It’s a rather different process of getting a review unit, but they are looking for people who can Twitter about the phone, message on Facebook with it and write a review for the Palm blog. If you are successful at getting accepted you will be notified on May 8th and hopefully receive the Palm Pre shortly after that. However, don’t look at May 8th as any official release date.
