The OQO was recently approved by the FCC and is shipping now. The Model 02 is an amazing looking device and high on my most wanted list. It is a Windows Vista UMPC which has built in Wifi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, WWAN, a magnesium alloy case as well as active drop protection. The size of the device is quite impressive. It features just a 5 inch screen which runs at 800 x 400 pixels. It has a 60GB hard drive which the active drop protection keeps safe. The CPU is a 1.5GHz VIA and the main board has integrated graphics on it. With 1GB of RAM this tiny UMPC is some serious nice kit.
Another cool feature which make this device stand out is the docking station which allows you to connect it up quickly to a full size screen and keyboard with mouse. This is another great reason to own a UMPC as you have way more power then a pocket PC in your pocket and yet, you still have 60GB of storage and full email, web, word processing capabilities in your pocket.
Prices start at $1499 for the XP version, and the highest priced version is selling for $1849 and has the option of Windows Vista.

I played with one of these at CES, they are a very cool bit of kit. Bit on the pricey side though.
