The O2 XDA Flame boasts quite a few cool features such as a dedicated 3D graphics chip. The dedicated graphics chip is made by NVidia and is the GoForce 5500. Memory side the O2 XDA is not short boasting 2GB with 64MB for the system partition and 128MB for RAM. The screen is a 3.6 inch VGA screen which is a nice portable size. The CPU has been stepped up to 520MHz. Information on connectivity after the jump.
The O2 is obviously not just a PDA, it is a communications device too and features all the connection options you can expect such as WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, USB and a TV out. For some reason they opted to not go for 3G though which is a little strange for a device like this and might limit sales for those wanting high speed data transfers while out of a wifi network range. The camera is an auto focussing 2 mega pixel camera. I would have preferred to see a 3.2 – 5 Megapixel camera here, but 2 megapixels is not too bad.
Overall it seems like a nice upgrade to the previous version of the O2 XDA.
