@aishwarya & alisha: go to nokia care n b strict wid ur approach. if they dont solve ur problem, call consumer forum at 1800 11 4000. believe me it works, it worked for me, i got 4 new handsets replaced within 1 yr of the same model and lastly i got a different model when the problem persisted. if wanna contact me, mail me at sharan.ashutosh@gmail.com.

these nokia care ppl are stupid guys. every other person tells u different thing. just call the consumer forum and lodge a complaint, u’ll get a new handset, n they’ll hv to gv it. i did it.

hello there my name is ragesh i am from patiala punjab …..i have purchased nokia n97 few days back and i am facing a defect in the camera .. when i click in the dark place where flash is required the flash is spread on the half of the picture ………i took the phone to nokia care but they said it happens with all n97….now i am planning to buy n97 mini can any one guide me if u faced that problem and tell me if the problem can be solved in n97 mini……. thanks….
I suggest you to buy a N97 mini because it costs less and supports features than that N97.N97 had got a lot of problems the main thing is the camera cover which had resulted in many camera crash issues in N97.N97 mini has no camera cover and it does not make the camera on its back become scratch.Mini have more keyboard space to type with our hands.Nokia had corrected N97?s mistake in the form of N97 mini.Due to n97?s large screen sometimes you may take an interest in buying that but i still say you to buy an n97 mini which supports more features than that of in the old N97.

hi my name is rajeev .nokia n97 is best best best there is no cell that cant dominate the nokia n97 even the iphone also,thank u nokia.i have a small problem my screen was breakdown ligtly in the corner.i have a warranty 5days left.can i change my display.

you know what. the same thing happened with my nokia 6670. happened way back but exactly the same thing. and i tried to get it fixed 5 times till i eventually had to sell it to some store. cause the nokia people were so sure that reformatting it n reinstalling the software would fix the problem.
seriously send it back and get a new one.
hopefully they will take you more seriously than a kid like me.
