I spotted a few pictures today of an old familiar logo and operating system. The Windows 3.1 OS was running on a Nokia N95 though… how strange but cool at the same time.
The hacker managed to run DOSBox to emulate an x86 class processor on a Symbian device (the N95). Once accomplished he managed to then install Microsoft Windows 3.1 which originally launched in 1992. Now there isn’t much point to this but for some reason it’s very cool and something I’d certainly try doing if I happened to have a Symbian based device.
