The US Nokia store has put an official release window date on their site. The Nokia N900 is listed as appearing available at the End of October 2009 which is just in a few weeks time. The UK Nokia store also has a shipping window of November which indicates that the device will be launching at very similar times.
Available for pre-order now, the Nokia N900 is described as a touchscreen computer that has a maximum of a 48GB capacity. The phone has a slide out QWERTY keyboard for text entry and is fronted by a large touchscreen.
To buy the phone SIM free in the UK it will cost £499 although expect that to be heavily subsidised when purchased with a contract. When purchased in the US the phone costs $649 SIM free.

In the next few days we expect to see release dates come from networks along with subsidised pricing.
