Motorola Droid X Advert Mocks iPhone 4

Motorola has followed along with Samsung by mocking the iPhone 4 antenna problems in it's latest advert.

The text in the new advert reads...

At Motorola, we believe a customer shouldn't have to dress up their phone for it to work properly. That's why the DROID X comes with a dual antenna design. The kind that allows you to hold the phone any way you like to make crystal clear calls without a bulky phone jacket. For us it's just one of those things that comes as a given when you've been making mobile phones for over 30 years.

We are not sure that Apple [AAPL] will respond as Apple is treading on shaky ground by their posting of comparison videos of other devices. We think that Apple should just move on now that they have announced the free iPhone 4 case program. No doubt other phone manufactures will get a jab in here and there, but there's nothing really new to know about the problem.
