Metal Gear Solid Touch Confirmed

Metal Gear Solid will be released for the iPhone and iPod Touch Konami have confirmed. The new game will be an original title which will have 8 stages of game play.

Controlling the game will primarily be done through the touchscreen of the iPod Touch or iPhone. It is unclear if the accelerometer will be used for this game. The 8 levels of game play is just a start too with more possibly being released at a later date. The MGS4 game will award players with good scores. The awards will be in the form of bonus points which will be able to get you various exclusive content such as wallpapers.

A launch date of next Spring has been pencilled in. We will provide more details as the time arrives.
