lg lu4000 LG LU Series LCD TVs LaunchingWe just mentioned the LG LH2000-9500 range of LCD’s that are lined up for 2009. The LH series are larger models. These LU models are slightly smaller starting at around 19″ and also look great. Pictures and some specs after the jump.

LG LU5000

lg lu5000 LG LU Series LCD TVs LaunchingThe LU5000 comes in 3 sizes of 19, 22 and 26 inches. Although I had assumed that this TV was 720p all the way through the screen sizes I am suprised to see on the 22 and 26 inch models that it is in fact 1080p.

Key features include:
· HD Ready 1080p (26- and 22-inch)
· HD Ready (19-inch)
· Unique stylish design
· Energy Saving Trust recommended

LG LU7000

lg lu7000 LG LU Series LCD TVs LaunchingThe LG LU7000 is the LU series flagship model from what we can see. Unfortunately I could not track down specs for this TV. But following in the footsteps of other LG series of models this will be the top end of the LU series. The photo shows that the black stand it sits on actually houses either a DVD player or Blu-Ray player which is interesting. I assume screen sizes start at 19″ and probably go up to the late 20’s or early 30’s in size with the lowest end probably being 720p while the higher end will more then likely be 1080p.
