LG will be showing off their latest super slim LCD TV at CES in a couple of weeks time. The latest model, the LH95, measures just 24.8mm in thickness.
The previous slimmest LCD TV that we wrote about on GadgetVenue was the LG Scarlet a few months back which measures 44mm (which at the time I thought was very thin). The LH95 just smashes right through that and almost halves the thickness.
The TV also supports TrueMotion Drive technology that runs at 240Hz providing very clear and judder free images. A very nice contrast ratio of 2000000:1 can also be found on this TV (that number needs verifying).
One interesting point to make is that there are slimmer displays out there, but in the case of these LG models they are fully functional TV’s with all the equipment built in. Anything that’s thinner requires an external TV tuner.
If your at CES in a week or 2 then check out this TV as it looks superb.
