LEW - Light Emitting Wallpaper
October 17, 2007

Light Emitting Wallpaper is a cool concept idea created by Jonas Samson. The wallpaper is embedded with lights and can light up to give “mood lighting” in your home. When not needed, the lights can be switched off leaving just the regular wallpaper on the wall. What would make it more interesting is if the pattern could be customised by controlling individual pixels/LED’s? Heck, you could even connect it to your PC via Wifi and download patterns to it.

This is just indescribably cool! I like the idea of being able to download images via Wifi as well.
