Someone has created some really nice cases for the 4th Gen iPod Nano. It looks like they were custom built and due to the fairly small size of the Nano, the iPod fits in quite well inside.
I guess if you went and got a Dremel you could possibly carve one of these out yourself but I wouldn’t be able to guarantee you’d get it to look as good as the ones pictured here.
The cassettes used here are purchased from Thrift stores, gutted, routered and rebuilt over in Vancouver. They cost $50 CAD each and are named the 45 Nano. The name comes from half a D90 cassette that it was built from.
