The iGrip is a concept device that attaches to the windscreen of your car and acts as a mount for your mobile phone.
On the dock are four metal strips that are used to charge a device based on WildCharge technology. Compatible devices include all those that use a WildCharge compatible case that allows devices to be charged without connecting a wire up to the charging port.
Although a working model was created and displayed (pictured above, video below), the gadget is just concept for now although from the looks of things it seems that they are almost there with the prototype models, so perhaps we will see the iGrip launching soon.
When connected to a windscreen the iGrip also has a wire that needs to be connected directly to the cars fuse board or the lighter socket. Wires are long enough to push around the edges of the dashboard preventing them from being too visible.
The video clip below shows a demonstration of how the iGrip works. Due to it still being in testing though, we do not have a release date or price for the unit when launched.
