We often see teardown guides from companies such as iFixit who create detailed instructions of how to tear apart various electronic devices such as iPhones, iPod's, HTC smartphones as well as computers. What we don't see is official videos from the manufacturers telling you how to take apart their devices.
It seems that the HTC HD2 has exactly that though... an official video created by HTC to show you how to get the phone apart. The videos (one tear down and one assembly video) are uploaded on YouTube (embedded below) and show the step by step instructions starting at what tools you need moving on to what screws to unfasten etc... Although we say the videos are official (they look like it with the mono-toned narration along with lab coats), the video's themselves are not uploaded to an official HTC channel which indicates they are not from HTC, or they were leaked by an official repair company.
Both videos are embedded below starting with the disassembly followed by the assembly.
