The Eee PC is an incredibly portable computer which came out towards the end of last year. It has a 7″ – 9″ screen and costs just under £200 for the basic model. Hackers decided it was time to add a few modifications to it and have managed to fit in to it a USB hub, GPS Module, Bluetooth, SDHC reader, Wi-Fi, FM transmitter, modem and 2GB of DDR2 memory. That’s not a bad amount of stuff crammed inside. No doubt it costs more then £200 to fit all these mods ;)

Eee PC Upgrade Costs

* USB hubs – 11.20 USD
* GPS module – 36.70 USD
* Bluetooth – 5.65 USD
* SDHC card reader – 6.45 USD
* Adata SDHC 8 GB – 74.50 USD
* Corsair VoyagerGT 4 GB USB drive – 90.94 USD
* Switch + Prototypingboards – 2.66 + 30.10 USD
* Intel Wireless adapter – 62.69 USD
* Airplay FM transmitter – 14.98 USD
