Garmin-Asus Finally Confirm G60 for this Month in Taiwan

Surely this isn’t true, but yet, it seems to be the case. The nuvifone G60 built by Garmin and Asus will be hitting Taiwan this month on the 27th.

The nuvifone G60 has been delayed many times in the past. It was maybe 3 or 4 months ago I had a look at one myself expecting it to be launched that same month, yet it kept getting delayed and for some magical reason it’s almost here.

Europe and the US are also on schedule (new schedule that is) in that they shouldn’t be too far behind either. The G60 runs a custom OS which when I had a play around with it a few months back it seemed to run quite smoothly. If Windows Mobile is more of what you are after then hang on for the nuvifone M20 that will follow shortly after.
