echo_free_phone_adaptor CuPhone have created a USB Phone Adaptor which promises Echo Free phone calls. The device allows you to accept calls from landlines as well as calls from a VoIP service such as Skype.

The device has 3 connectors. The first is a USB connector which connects to your PC to allow your regular phone to communicate with software such as Skype. The next connector allows you to connect your regular phone up to the USB adapter while the third and last connector connects to the wall RJ11 socket so that regular calls can also be made.
