This concept looks fantastic. The idea is that a baton is used which contains two roll out flexible screens. The screens are OLED and can roll up tight in the baton for when you want to transport the device around. When pulled out an electrical charge is sent down the screen which makes it rigid and usable as a laptop screen and keyboard.
If you don’t want a laptop and prefer an eBook instead, then roll out just one of the screens. If you want to work from a desk then you have the option of leaving the screens rolled up and just placing the baton on a docking station which attaches to a regular screen and keyboard.
A lot of this concept idea is not too far fetched although I have yet to see screens that go rigid when a current is applied to it.
