Is this the new Dell Android Phone?

This blurry picture shows a Dell mobile phone running what appears to be the Android OS. The image was taken over in China and confirms a smartphone rumour that has been around recently around April time.

As it’s just a picture there is no authentication saying it is real, but if rumours are to be believed then it does look like quite a nice looking phone and one well worth watching out for.
