Dell Android MID Rumoured

Dell have been rumoured recently to be working on a number of devices. A few weeks ago there was mention of the Dell Android phone which might be appearing later this year. A new device which they also might be working on is a Dell Android MID (Mobile Internet Device).

This might not be far from the truth because we found out from an accidental published press release last month that Dell were launching a Dell Android Netbook.

MID’s sit firmly between a smartphone and netbook in size and functions. They lack the voice of phones and lack the keyboard of a netbook while having a larger then phone screen and smaller then netbook screen in most cases.

If all these rumours are true then an Android MID could well be in the making although I am sure MS will be trying hard to push Windows 7 on to the device.
