Danger Bomb Clock

bombclockGetting out of bed in the morning is one of my hates. Rather then wake up I'd rather just ignore the alarm clock by leaning over to put it on snooze. The Danger Bomb Clock might change this bad habit though as it requires you to defuse a bomb every morning.

3 wires are used - red, yellow and blue, which are randomly set each day so that you actually need to think how you are going to snooze the alarm clock. If you do not put a break in the correct wire by the time a countdown timer has finished then boom... the bomb goes off. Ok, it's not a real bomb... but still good enough to keep you on your toes. Check out the video of it in action below.

As a fan of ridiculous alarm clocks I love this – be good if it could give you a mild electric shock or something if you got the circuit breaking wrong to make it more of an incentive to get it right. Or is that going too far?

I think a bucket of water that tips all over the bed would be a good incentive to jump up and diffuse it :)
