Crazy Gameboy Boots

Fashion is something we do not normally cover here at GadgetVenue… but when someone decides to stick an old school Nintendo Gameboy from the 1990’s on to a pair of boots, I just had to mention it.
The boots mix style from the 70’s with technology from the 90’s to make some unbelievably stupid looking fashion items. These boots are not new and were actually designed by Helen Red Richards back in 2001 for a Nintendo campaign. Funnily enough, they are supposedly cool in Japan and worn by teens regularly. Why does that not surprise us?
