Hello GadgetVenue readers. We have a favour to ask of you if you don’t mind spending 5 minutes of your time. We’d like you to take a survey found over here to get a general idea of who is visiting the site etc… This will enable us and our advertisers to work out the kind of content to publish.

We at GadgetVenue are looking for a decent backup solution. Right now we have backups stored by our webhost for 7 days as well as an off site backup that I copy each day manually to my computer. I am not sure this is ideal though and want something that’s automated and safer and am looking for ideas from you, the readers. [click to continue…]

I recently learned from a couple of people that Gadget Venue for the last few days has been showing only partial feeds, when normally you will see full feeds. This appears to be due to a modification I made and a mixture of upgrading to Wordpress 2.5.1. Well, what ever the problem was, it is now fixed (hopefully).
Drop a comment here if you still see a partial feed today and I will investigate further, but I believe all should be fixed now.
