Rumours are showing that Canon will be launching a new digital SLR camera tomorrow. What that camera will be is the main unknown at the moment. Canon Rumors is hinting that the camera could be new in the 1D series of DSLRs.
The technical specs of the camera, again… rumoured, show that the sensor will be 16 to 18 megapixels. It will capture full frame and has an ISO up to 51,200. The new camera will use a Dual Digic V processor and it is expected that 12 to 14 frames per second will be possible with the camera. Another feature could include 61 AF points.
Remember that this is rumour at the moment about the specs. For an actual camera announcement, CR is 99% confident that it will be happening tomorrow. We’ll have more details if they are announced tomorrow.
