Bamboo Phone

Bamboo Phone
Most, if not all phones I use have been made out of plastic. This new patent shows a new type of phone which is made out of bamboo. Yep, thats the wooden sticks that could be called a type of grass. The bamboo has a nanotech coating treated with Gamma rays so that it is more durable. Also the gamme rays used get rid of dangerous stuff like bacteria. Once coated with nanotech the final coating is titanium dioxide is silver or zinc dioxide to give it a nice look. I am not sure if the purpose of this phone is to be green (in the environment way) or to make it weigh next to nothing.

According to the patent, the phone also keeps its self clean and bacteria free. That sounds quite cool. I think its time I make my home out of bamboo.
