The Asus Eee T91 tablet PC has now been launched. The launch was mentioned on Twitter earlier which had a short URL link over to a Facebook page which contains all the technical specs and pricing details.
The Netbook Tablet has an 8.9″ gloss LED backlit WSVGA screen which has a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It runs Windows XP Home edition and has an Intel Atom Z520 processor built in.
Memory is at 1GB in the form of DDR2 SO-DIMM and storage wise it has a 16GB SSD and a 16GB SD card as well as the option of using 20GB of Eee storage online if needed.
Wireless Lan is also built in and runs at b/g and n speeds. Bluetooth 2.1+EDR is also included. The netbook table also has a 5 hour battery life between charges.
A 0.3 megapixel camera is built in and the whole T91 weighs 2.1lbs. The Asus Eee T91 is available from Amazon now costing $499.
