It appears that the iPhone Dev site from Apple [AAPL] had a strange blip yesterday just after it went off line for an update.
The image below shows a placeholder on the iPhone Dev site signup form which says "Need to update this for the 27th launch.". Could this mean that a new iPhone OS will be announced later on today? We have heard it once before when a supposed screen grab of iPhone OS for was found so there are already rumours going around about it.
The Apple iSlate/Tablet device was also said to be spotted by a stats company recently who said that they had tracked a number of iPhone OS 3.2 devices running applications with the tracking code embedded in them.
As with all rumours, just a few more hours to wait to find out what Apple has planned.
