Adlink RuffSystem 840 300x190 Ampro RuffSystem 840 Extreme Rugged PCThe RuffStstem 840 is an embedded rugged PC that can function in harsh environments. Thanks to it’s strong build it can operate down to -40 degrees Celsius and up to +75 degrees C which is quite impressive alone.

The RuffSystem rugged PC has an Intel Core 2 Duo processor inside and also has two gigabit speed Ethernet ports. A VGA output is to be found on the casing along with four USB 2.0 connectors as well as 4 serial ports and 1 parallel port.

This product has been available in limited quantities for a few months, but is now in Mass Production, available, and shipping.The product is also available with D38999 MIL-STD connectors.

Shock testing included 18-pulses, 6-axis @ 40Gs, in addition to simulated torpedo strike!

Please note that the operating temperature range is with the processor at full speed, WITHOUT speed-step throttling!
