Aleratec have created a couple of new flash drive duplicators that allow you to make either 27 (for the smaller model) or 118 (for the larger) duplicates in one big swoop. The copy towers copy data at 33MB/s which is achieved by having multiple CPU’s handling the data copy while transferring.
You might be wondering what these copy towers are all about though and who on earth would need to make that many duplicates. The answer is that they are perfect for trade shows and PR events where large amount of visitors will be attending. The ability to copy 118 flash drives at a time when you have maybe 1000 to create is a lot nicer then doing a handful at a time. Another bonus of having a flash drive duplicator is that no computer is needed. Once you have your master copy of the data on one flash drive you can use the 1:118 USB Copy Tower SA or the 1:27 USB Copy Tower SA completely stand alone.
Each device can copy a 256MB flash drive to X number of drives in just 50 seconds making it extremely quick (6000 per hour on the larger model).
The 1:118 USB Copy Tower SA will set you back just shy of $15,749 while the smaller 1:27 model will cost $3,799.
