The Accordion USB Flash drive was designed by Jacek Ryn who is a Polish student. This concept USB flash drive gets it's Accordion name due to it's ability to compress just like an accordion does. The outer casing is made of silicone which is coloured to suit your taste. The silicon allows the case to squash back when the flash drive is inserted in to the USB slot and then expands back to protect the connector when unplugged.
This is not a bad idea at all and does add a unique touch to a flash drive. The only thing this accordion style USB flash drive lacks is the airy, groany noise a real accordion makes.
