
A trademark registered by Nintendo was recently found over in Japan. The trademark is for a Wii Fit Plus which appears it could be a follow on to the Wii Fit game. Not many details are to be found in the trademark although there is a designed logo which would indicate that Nintendo could well be working on a new product rather then just protecting a potential future product.
The Wii Fit Plus could be a number of things such as a new game for the Wii Fit or is could be a complete new balance board with more accurate hardware or even more possible, extra features to allow for more accurate and a wider variety of exercises. [click to continue…]
The Guardian in the UK have reported that O2 managed to score a deal to stock the Palm Pre in the UK as well as several other countries. Other networks who had interests in the Pre were Vodafone and Orange.
For now it is unknown if this deal is exclusive to O2 like the iPhone currently is, or if O2 will just be the first of several networks to sell the Pre on contract. [click to continue…]

Sharp have announced a new phone to be launched named the AQUOS SHOT 933SH. The main feature is that it sports a 10 mega pixel camera that has an ISO 12800 sensitivity. The high quality camera and features should allow it to capture some fairly decent images although the main concern with it would be if the lens is up to scratch.
The 933SH has a 3.3 inch screen, 16GB of storage built in, bluetooth and GPS which means it also is fairly feature packed. The phone will come in various colours which include black, white, gold, pink and blue. The phone is also a clam shell style phone. [click to continue…]
Asus have released a lot of Eee PC's since the range was launched a while back. Another one has recently popped up which indicates the graphics will be receiving an update. This latest Eee PC model is to sport an integrated ATI graphics card.

Blu-Ray is beginning to gain traction but maybe that's going to be too late now as a new type of storage medium could make Blu-Ray look tiny. Researchers from Swinburne University of Technology are working on a new storage system which uses nanotechnology to create five dimensional discs which have a massive storage capacity. By using nanotechnology it allows the disc to stay the same physical size.
Discs currently have three spatial dimensions, but using nanoparticles the Swinburne researchers were able to introduce a spectral or colour dimension as well as a polarisation dimension

If you are stuck in a contract already over on Sprint but yet, want to get a Palm Pre then the price for an off contract phone has been revealed. The Palm Pre will cost $549.99 when launched.
